Great book for All, including non weight watchers |
| This book is worthy of any gourmet cooking book. The fact that it is specially designed to be used with the Weight Watchers POINTS program is completely irrelevant. It will be a wonderful tool for any Weight Watcher in addition to their normal plan, but can be used as an inspirational book by "normal people" as well. I have always loved the Culinary Institute's books for their insight on making a good recipe even better, but in this book, they bring their talent to everyday foods. I strongly recommend this book to anyone concerned about the fat content of "normal" gourmet recipes, and it will hold a special place on my Cookbook shelf. |
Great Cooking But NOT everyday!!! |
| I'm a lousy cook, I admit, but this book will not help! Although the recipes I've made from this book were excellent, it is much too hard for a person looking for quick and easy recipes. Get this book AFTER you have tried some easier ones. |

| I LOVE this book! It is full of really delicious recipes, and all of them are relatively easy. I never thought I'd eat BETTER food while trying to get healthy! |
