| With over 40 years backgroud in the high tech field, I have experienced "job transitioning" several times; often as a painful journey. Orwin Wood, in his latest book, pulls together everything which took me 4 decades to accumulate. I especially enjoyed reading the chapter on networking and the specific tips on being alert to hidden job possibiities.
