| Getting my aging body out of bed at 6:30AM to exercise is a lot easier with this video. These girls are attractive, not gorgeous, and slender, but not model-sized. The funny thing is, if you do these exercises right, you won't be able to see the screen for about half of the video. And if you're looking for porn, you could do better--there are NO crotch shots. It's about as tasteful as it could be for 3 surgically enhanced women rolling around on a carpet. It's not very good porn, and not very good yoga instruction, but it's a pleasant alternative to the usual sports bras and pony tails (now, if only THOSE girls could strip!). | |

| This nude yoga workout tape is an interesting way to learn basic yoga. The attractive female instructors teach the various positions buck naked and it's easy to follow. Everyone wants to borrow my tape. But I know I'll never get it back. Detailed easy, relaxing instruction. Well done. I like it. | |
| The Tai Chi Portion is Not Worth The Money | |
| The Video is sensuous and Basic for the Section on Yoga. They had some form and knowledge of what they were doing. The Tai Chi women appeared very unrelaxed and were obviously following someone's instructions off camera. They seemd to know nothing of the Art and what a desired behavior comes from constant practice/end product Before one can even Begin to practice Tai Chi -They must at least internalize the Movements . They were only three nude models with very limited exposure to what they were doing |
