| Glenn Tipton's solo album is a must for those who live for classic British metal. The music itself is very similar to the Priest albums "Jugulator" and "Painkiller", so needless to say the sound is heavy and aggressive. Glenn Tipton's voice is interesting to hear on disc, and it is extremely able in delivering the melodic metal associated with Glenn's songwriting for the last 25 years. Many talented musicians abound on this disc, in particular the late Black Sabbath and Rainbow drummer Cozy Powell. | |

| The only reason I can see Glenn doing this is because he had a singing urge he needed to take care of, because the music itself is nothing we haven't heard from him in Priest. That he is a great guitar player is unquestioned, but this album doesn't show off his talents any better than, say, Painkiller. Glenn's guitar tone is horribly digital on this, which he unfortunately carried on to Judas Priest after this release. How K.K. agreed to this tonal diarrhea is beyond all reason. And the vocals...just stick to guitar playing, Glenn. He's not a "bad" singer, but if he was meant to be a full-time vocalist he would BE a full-time vocalist. At any rate, if you're a Priest fan that is wondering whether or not to buy this, just listen to Demolition. If you like that, then you'll like this. This is basically the same record with worse singing. | |

| For anyone who has never heard of Glenn Tipton to begin with needs to be shot. This guitar god is in my opinion one of the greatest guitar players in the world. I had the disc but it got broken. I could not find another one any where. No thanks to Kazaa i was able to get the whole disc again. My advise to anyone about this disc is get it anyway you can because it is that good. And screw anyone who says the vocals are bad. He is a guitar player not a vocalist so it is supposed to sound that way. Glenn rocks! Priest Rules. And Ripper Owens [messed] up the lyrics on Living After Midnight at The House of Blues in Orlando Florida during their Suckulator concert. I only went to see the rest of the band. So rock on Glenn you made an excellent cd that I would have spent alot more on than 13.00. |
