Gotta have it | |
| The quick change collet nut comes with every Dremel rotary tool but if you loose one you're sunk. It's good to have an extra one on hand in case the unthinkable happens. | |
Indispensable part of the Dremel
| You really can't use the Dremel to its fullest without the Dremel collet nut. The Dremel Chuck is nice, especially if you are always changing accessory bits because the Chuck helps save time. I like the collet nut because nothing holds the bit tighter than the proper sized collet along with a collet nut. I use my Dremel hard, and the collet and collet nut makes sure the bit does not work loose. | |
Pass this by and get the chuck instead
| Change out different collets to fit different diameter Dremel bits? I don't think so. You'll save yourself quite a bit of time, energy, and frustration if you get the Dremel 4486 MultiPro chuck instead. The chuck costs a bit more, but if you do projects that require constant bit changes, it'll be well worth the money. 'Late! |
