| This toy requires winding up and then being placed in the middle of the pool, so everyone's waiting for the fish to get fired off -- and when they do (all four of them), it happens in such slow motion that it's too easy for the kids to retrieve them instantly. Plus, the fact there are only four fish means that, if played with two kids it's a little boring, if played with more it's hardly worth doing. This game would be excellent if there were a lot more fish for the kids to retrieve -- eight or ten, maybe, instead of four. My daughter and her friend who played this are ages 7 and 8. They were completely unenthralled. They played for 10minutes and now there it sits, $20 worth of plastic, to be consigned to the heap of unwanted toys! |
