We ordered two and one box contained a damaged part. We called the manufacturer's 800 number directly and they said they would ship the part to us the next day, no questions asked or proof required. The only frustration we faced was not being able to get other pieces matching due to the fact that they are out of stock. You won't be disappointed with this purchase. |
