| I was hesitant about ordering this product after reading the review about the USB charging cradle not being available, and the customer had to wait two months before being notified. I contacted Amazon via phone to verify if the cradle was in stock, and it was. I ordered the cradle with standard delivery and received it 3 days later! Amazon.com has always exceeded my expectations with customer service, prices, delivery, and product availability. KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB!! | |

| Amazon does not stock this, even though it is not indicated with the product. I have had this on order for approx 2 months with no product and then was informed that they cannot get this product, and cancelled my order. Yet still today it is being displayed as available... questionable service! | |

| Clean, simple, must have for anyone using a TREO with a computer PIM or web interface. Nothing is worth fumbling around with the cord when you can set up a dock on your desk and never even think about it again. |
