| I just downloaded the article and although it says that is a basic of change management I did expect something more. It has 5 pages with 12 size letter and you could fit all the text in easily two pages of standard letter. And the small content does not tell you nothing new or nothing you could find for free if you search "Change Management" at Yahoo. If you are about to finish elemantary school, you may find it "interesting". If you are a consultant, business student, manager or just a employee looking to learn the basics of the subject, avoid the article. You can find more and even free in other resources. |
