I thought this would be the perfect bathtub for my infant son. Well, it is okay, but definitely not perfect. However, I am not sure there is a perfect one out there. This tub does have a lot of nice features. It has 2 built-in positions, one that is reclined for infants, and one that is upright for older babies and toddlers. It also comes with a sling that can be used for sponge bathing newborns, however I never used it. It fits in any size sink (single or double). The drain turns white when the water is too hot. My biggest problem with the tub is that my 3-month-old son hates to sit in the reclined section, but can't sit up well enough on his own to be in the upright section. I can't give him a bath by myself b/c I need my husband to hold my son up for me while I wash him. If you have a baby that is content to be reclined than you will probably really like this tub.

When had orginally registered for a tub that was supposed to "fold" away nicely...that tub wasn't much smaller folded so we returned it and decided on the Sure Comfort Deluxe. We love this tub...when our daughter was a newborn the hammock worked great, when she was a little older the reclining seat worked great, now at age nine months the toddler seat works great because she can sit completely upright (she started to not like the recline position at about 5 months). A friend of mine has a different baby tub that only has a reclining position and now had to go buy another tub so her son can sit upright! Who needs two baby bath tubs!! As far as the comments about the "green safety plug" not working...the plug in our tub does turn white when the water is too warm, however, we do not rely on this feature, nor should anyone else. Also, as far as though "safety" ducks, etc, that have the word "HOT" on them that turns white when the water is too warm...the couple of safety ducks we received as gifts have always said HOT even when we placed them in lukewarm-to-cold water. And now, nine months later, permenantly say "HOT" Myself along with a couple of my other mom friends all have permenantly "HOT" safety ducks..ha, ha..

I received this tub as a gift for my baby shower. I have four children total, and I have tried many different tubs. This is by far one of the best tubs that I have used for any of my children. With the sling you can easily bathe a newborn. Once my daughter was able to hold her head up, I took the sling off and she now sits comfortably in the reclining position.
