| You think plastic... weak, melting... No It is sturdy yet slightly flexible not to be easily breakable. It handles warm to hot liquid real well as it is made with a some kind of high temperature plastic. The best are these rubber lines that helps it sticking to the recipient into which you are pouring. No third hand needed nor worries about hot or messy spills. A little mesh, provided with the set, can be inserted to strain the liquid which is really handy. Storage of the Funnel set is nice as the funnels and the grid nest into each other. What might have been nice? Maybe a slightly bigger handle for when we work with kids. Still, a must have for every cook. |
