| This is a very nice chest. I use it in my bedroom for extra storage, but I think it would look nice in any room. The smaller drawers are perfect for lingerie/socks and for toiletries that would otherwise clutter my dresser. The 2 larger milk crate size drawers are great for storing linens, towels or clothes. Several friends have asked me if I bought it at a higher-end retailer. The rattan panels look like bamboo and they give the chest an exotic look. It has a nice dark finish. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars (I say 4.5 stars) is that it was kind of a pain to put together. But, I don't have too much experience assembling furniture so it may not be any more difficult than other chests. So don't let that discourage you from buying this is; just pay attention to what you're doing and set aside a few hours. If you mess up it's easy to unscrew the pieces to redo. Also, I can't comment on shipping problems because I bought it at the store. Love it! |

| this is a REALLY great looking piece of furniture for the money. It was a breeze to put together. The two rattan panels for the front of the two large bottom drawers came damaged, but i contacted the manufacturer and they are sending replacements, so no worries there. second drawer down gets jammed but i'll tweak it a bit and it will be fine. bought the matching plant stand with small drawer (got two of them) to use as nightstands, but they haven't arrived yet. saw these pieces in a local Target store, but they were perpetually out of stock (popular i guess!) so i decided to buy online. SPEEDY SHIPMENT gets my "two thumbs up!" a terrific buy. |

| I loved the way it looks except for one thing. I put every thing together but the last drawer and the panel was drilled wrong. It has been three months and still no replacement part. I have incomplete furniture and they say they aren't making the parts any more. SO be careful with what you purchase. |
