| I bought an Extreme Card for my G4 from ameris and it was faulty
didn't load and wouldn't let the computer come on. Sent a note on the feedback and didn't get any response. Looks like I will have to eat the card and the cost. Not very happy with the vendor that amazon let sell the product on their site. | |

| Great item, but do not buy from mac-pro.com. Received a defective card and they were unwilling to replace it. I am left with all shipping charges and a 20% RESTOCKING fee. Will you end up buying my defective card? I got another card from another vendor and it works really well. | |
| Easy to install and set up | |
| I bought this for a IMac G5. It took less than 5 minutes to install (open computer case, plug antenna cable into card, slide card in slot, close case, power up). All that was left was to insert setup CD and about 1 minute later my existing wireless network was recognized and available. Reception of the wireless signal appears to be slightly stronger than what I get with my Dell laptop and its card however I have no accurate way to measure.
It does exactly what I bought it for which was hassle free access to my network. |
