| Stylish simplicity at a reasonable price! | |
| I have owned the Dolce desk for about a year now, along with the hutch and file cabinent. I absolutely love everything about the collection! The desk looks much more expensive than it is - like something from Pottery Barn. Also, it is so easy to integrate it with different decor styles. As far as the quality goes, it seems superior to many others. This is the first real wood desk I have owned, and I love that about it. It is very sturdy and durable. I have a laptop, so I don't use the slide out drawer much, so I can't speak to that aspect of it's quality. I only wish Target still sold the Dolce collection in it's stores!!! I have slowly been gathering the whole set; Target has sold them for YEARS and I can't believe they aren't anymore. I used to work at a store, and I know they sold very well!!! At least some items still appear to be available on the website, thank goodness... maybe they will bring back Dolce in a few months!? I hope! | |

| I have owned this desk for at least a year now and I just love it! I just love the look of the dark walnut wood tone and the sleek style of the desk. It is very sturdy and a good solid design. I don't normally like pull out drawers for the keyboard because they have a tendancy to be lightweight and break easily, but this one... I can lean on the thing and it doesn't even give!! It's just fantastic. The surface of the desk has plenty of room for my monitor, a desk organizer, my mouse pad, a lamp, etc. For a while I even had the printer sitting on it, until I bought the file cabinet that matches the desk so I put the printer on that. The wood cleans up very well, spills just wipe off and a few little scratches here and there just give it that nice well-loved antique look. I would definitely recommend this desk to anyone, or any part of the Dolce collection for that matter. I have the TV stand, the desk, the cd tower, the coffee table and two end tables of the same collection all in my living room and I just smile every time I look at them. I couldn't imagine having anything else in my living room. It looks like I spent a fortune on the stuff and it really didn't cost me much at all! You can't get a better price than that for what you're getting!! | |

| I have a townhouse and use my 2nd bedroom as an office. This desk works great in a small room. It is very compact, very affordable, and looks like more expensive desks. I purchased this item in the store. Very easy setup and a sturdy desk. |
