| My experience with this company has not been pleasant. My first order arrived in a reasonable time, but the black ink cartridge lasted only about half that of the original equipment Epson. My second order was a nightmare! Order placed Nov 27; nothing received by Dec 20, although credit card billed Dec 3 (very efficient here!). Email inquiry not answered; I made a telephone call and was assured that the order had apparently been lost and a replacement would be sent immediately. Second inquiry Jan 8; assurances that the order would be received "shortly". Still nothing received by Jan 10. Don't order from this company if you want reliable delivery and service. |
