| Buckled to the hype and tried these burgers. I thought they were on "sale" but discorvered they are perpetually discounted by about 50% still making them five smackers a pound plus shipping. they are not worth half that. OK, these are frozen burgers and even flash "cyro" freezing destroyes beef's texture. But what was surprising was that these burgers were completely tasteless. In the end I took another looki at Omaha's website and noticed they do not actually formaly label origin or USDA grade (like prime choice or select). If you don't see it labeled you can bet it is "select". I'll give it to Omaha steaks, they certainly are a lesson in branding, but that doesn't add one bit of value for the consumer. | |

| These were good burgers...BUT I did not find anything special about them. I could go to the supermarket near my house and get some ground beef and make my own for A LOT less money, and they would taste just as good. These are good, but not worth the extra money! |
